Flooded basement due to toilet overflow

It is very important to not flush things like baby, wipes, paper towels, trash, etc. because it can cause clogs which result in back up.  This may not happen right away, but after time, build up will continue until you have a clog.  In this case water effected the bathroom and basement floor around the bathroom door. SERVPRO entered the residence home and extracted the standing water. We then dropped equipment to suck the moisture up and out the window to speed the drying process. Overall, this customer was very happy with the service they received and said they would recommend us to their friends and family!
