Heavy Rains Create Damage In Commercial Building

When an old flat roof meets a large rain storm, major damage can happen. You should always make sure your roof is up to date and get it repaired after the first sign of a leak. If you wait too long this could happen. Pictured here is a wet rug and dry wall after rain waters flowed in through the buildings cracked roof. The facilities manager gave us a call and we went out there with our industrial equipment. Within 3 hours the brunt of the damage was out of there and the drying equipment was set. Within 3 days the building was dry. The building was required to get a new roof. Overall the customer was very happy with SERVPRO and we surely helped them get business back up and running as quickly as possible.
