Rainy weather causes leak in break
When it rains for an extended period of time, water can seep through the more saturated ground and into basements. Heavy rains can also leak through roofs that aren't updated or have been damaged by trees or other debris. This one pictured happened at a residential home in the area a few weeks back. Luckily for this family, the water didn't effect the drywall, only the carpet and ceiling tiles. SERVPRO was able to replace the carpet and ceiling so that the home would be back to normal once again! When you experience a home flood, give SERVPRO a call.
